Scheduled Maintenance: Integration Syncs Paused Oct 17, 2026 03:00-16:00 UTC

We will be performing scheduled maintenance to improve how identities are matched across integrations. From 11:00 PM ET on Friday, October 16 (3:00 AM UTC) through 12:00 PM ET on Saturday, October 17 (4:00 PM UTC), integration syncs will be paused. Any sync that is running when maintenance begins may be cancelled.

The rest of the Lumos platform will stay available during this window. No action is needed from you. Syncs will resume as usual once maintenance is complete.

Identified - Users who approve access requests but aren't Lumos admins are being sent to the AppStore when they open Task Center. This issue is impacting all customers. Our engineering team has identified the root cause and is actively working on a fix.

Lumos UI loading slowly
Resolved - The issue causing the Lumos UI to load slowly or fail to load has been resolved. All systems are operating normally.

Monitoring - Lumos is back up after our team stepped in with a hotfix. A permanent fix is deploying now, and we’ll stay in Monitoring until it lands and we've confirmed things are fully back to normal.
